OK… tough love warning… we need to talk about Imposter Syndrome!
Have you ever asked yourself one of these questions…
“Who am I to be trying this/doing this/thinking this about <insert any number of topics!>”
“I would love to <insert something you desire> but I’m just not cut out for it and what if I fail?”
If so my lovely, you may be dancing with the dreaded imposter syndrome.
This is defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy which despite the evidence persists! In short, it feels pretty rubbish and it’s definitely not making you feel good.
