Our science-backed programmes help to prepare today’s children for tomorrow’s world by building resilient, balanced and happy minds at home and school.
We offer three distinct programmes: schools, nurseries, and parents. What makes our programmes so valuable is that they are:
Our schools programmes give children the preventative strategies, skills and tools they need to thrive in the modern world.
Our science and research based programme allows you to bring a fully developed framework and curriculum into your nursery setting.
Our family programme is science- backed and designed to help develop confident, resilient children with the self-esteem and tools to thrive.
Understanding how your brain works and how to ensure we look after it so that we can manage our emotions and be at our best. Growth mindset is a key part of this too.
Understanding your unique character strengths and learning to celebrate them. This is a fantastic module for building self esteem.
Understanding why gratitude matters and how you can develop gratitude as a habit. Gratitude is key to wellbeing and resilience and we’re all about making it a habit!
Understanding why gratitude matters and how you can develop gratitude as a habit.
Understanding why positive relationships matter and how to build them. We’re focussed on the building blocks of good relationships and friendships.
Understanding how to set meaningful goals that matter and how to keep resilient in times of challenge. This module is all about building self esteem and resilience too.
We’ve created an assessment guide which outlines the five fundamental principles behind the programme, as well as a workbook to help you identify where your school is today and where you might want to focus in the future.
Principal, Leighton Academy
“The myHappymind programme and whole school approach had a significant impact on both pupils, teachers and parent behaviour.”
“It not only taught students new techniques to manage stress but has also fostered their ability to apply these strategies when faced with difficult situations independently, both at home and at school.”
“Parents also appreciated the significant improvements in their child’s mental well-being and happiness due to their child’s participation.”
We’re very proudly commissioned by the NHS. This means that the NHS pays for 100% of our programme in some schools — all because myHappymind has such a big impact on the children and staff and reduces CAMHS referrals significantly. Get in touch to learn more!
We have a massive support network of myHappymind users across the UK. Facebook provides a forum to share experiences and learn how other members are using the programmes to promote positive mental health.
