Our programmes

Our science-backed programmes help to prepare today’s children for tomorrow’s world by building resilient, balanced and happy minds at home and school.

We offer three distinct programmes: schools, nurseries, and parents. What makes our programmes so valuable is that they are:

  • Taught to every child in the school
  • Ready made lessons
    means no preparation
  • Proactive not reactive
The group of myHappymind character used to help enforce the lessons of the programme. The characters feature in the mental health and wellbeing for Primary Schools and Early years programmes.

Our programme structure

myHappymind is taught across five modules and each introduces a new set of content and habits to help children build resilience, self-esteem and confidence:

1

Meet Your Brain

Understanding how your brain works and how to ensure we look after it so that we can manage our emotions and be at our best. Growth mindset is a key part of this too.

2

Celebrate

Understanding your unique character strengths and learning to celebrate them. This is a fantastic module for building self esteem.

3

Appreciate

Understanding why gratitude matters and how you can develop gratitude as a habit. Gratitude is key to wellbeing and resilience and we’re all about making it a habit!

4

Relate

Understanding why positive relationships matter and how to build them. We’re focussed on the building blocks of good relationships and friendships.

5

Engage

Understanding how to set meaningful goals that matter and how to keep resilient in times of challenge. This module is all about building self esteem and resilience too.

Is myHappymind right for me?

We’ve created an assessment guide which outlines the five fundamental principles behind the programme, as well as a workbook to help you identify where your school is today and where you might want to focus in the future.

“Brilliant. We love it! I have given feedback to our LA about how good this programme is. The children are already using the language and talking about different parts of the brain which we love. I have no issue recommending mHm to other schools!”
