If you have a wobble, if you’re feeling reflective, or tense, try thinking about these simple things to help.
Set some clear boundaries and expectations on your Christmas – relating to both yourself and others. This can be extremely liberating. What does success look like? How do you really want to spend your time, and who with? How much of the pressure is self-imposed? What could you do differently this year?
