Have some questions?
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about myHappymind.
We get it, school timetables are tight, and mental health and PSHE can often feel like an afterthought. That’s why we’ve designed myHappymind to be easy to implement:
One 20-minute interactive lesson per week, fully prepped and ready to go. Our teacher-friendly approach ensures lessons are easy to use, fun and engaging, packed with creative activities like quizzes, music and games.
Teachers spend just 5 minutes reading the plan, then hit play.
It covers up to 100% of the PHSE curriculum: Our standard programme covers up to 70% of PHSE, and if you choose Plus you can cover up to 100% of the curriculum*.
Many schools tell us they actually gain time back, as the programme reduces behaviour incidents and workload elsewhere.
*Excludes puberty and sex education.
myHappymind is built around mental health and wellbeing, and it also covers up to 100% of the PSHE curriculum:
A fully pre-prepared, spiral curriculum that works consistently across the whole school.
There are no extra training days. Just 1.5 hours of online training to get started
Every lesson is ready to go. Teachers simply spend 5 minutes reviewing the plan, then hit play on the interactive presentation.
Every lesson is modern, engaging, and fun for pupils. Lessons include creative activities like quizzes, music, and games, helping children learn through play while building lifelong mental well-being skills.
A parent app which engages families with the programme, provides them with wellbeing tools to use every day…and that parents and caregivers love!
A fully inclusive programme. We have a fully SEN-adapted version of the programme, as well as materials for pupils who are partially sighted or hard of hearing
Schools have found that the improvements in behaviour, staff wellbeing, and attendance help save money, whether that’s through fewer staff absences or freeing up SENCO time.
There are various ways our 2000+ schools fund the programme:
Pupil Premium budget
Sport Premium budget
PTA funding
Fundraising directly from parents
Many schools have secured funding through alternative initiatives like Tesco Grants or local wellbeing pots. We have funding packs available to schools, making it straightforward to access these options.
If you want to learn more about pricing, we’d be happy to discuss it with you on a call. The cost will depend on the size of your school, so please feel free to get in touch.
We know your teaching staff are already stretched, so we’ve made everything as practical and ready-to-use as possible:
Plug-and-play programme: Nothing more for staff to do, just 5 minutes teacher prep a week to review the lesson plan.
Delivered in one 20 minute lesson per week.
Training is done online and takes as little as 2 hours.
Saves you time on PSHE prep: The myHappymind programme covers 70% of the PSHE curriculum, and 100% if you opt into our Plus programme. (Excludes puberty/sex objectives.).
We’ve found that when Headteachers or Exec Heads invite us in to present to the wider school team, staff quickly see the value and ease of the programme. We’re more than happy to run an intro session for your team to get everyone aligned and excited. Please book a call here and we can discuss how we can make this happen.
It might sound like it at first, but SENCOs tell us the opposite. myHappymind see a 67% reduction of SENCO referrals* and SENCOs get back 10 full working days a year on average**. Once myHappymind is in place, it supports emotional regulation and behaviour for all children, including those with SEND. This leads to fewer escalations, referrals, and crises, freeing up your time instead of adding to it.
Please book a call here and we can share more about how our programme can support you as a SENCO.

We can support you with clear, evidence-based materials to share with your Head or Exec, or we can join a call to explain the impact and ROI directly. We’re here to help you make the case. Book a call with us here and we’ll walk you through the best ways we can support your school.
Exec Heads value myHappymind because it brings a consistent approach to wellbeing across schools. It’s simple to implement, delivers the PSHE curriculum, and improves key metrics like exclusions, staff wellbeing, and attendance without adding complexity. We can also provide group-wide reporting so you can track impact centrally.
Yes. We’re committed to evidence-based impact.
