Bringing Wellbeing to Life Across the School Environment
Curdworth Primary School recently shared a wonderful photo of Dolce proudly modelling her myHappymind bandana and looking incredibly photogenic. Visible displays and shared celebrations like this help create a strong sense of identity and belonging around wellbeing in school. When children regularly see myHappymind language, characters and messages around them, it reinforces the idea that mental health and emotional wellbeing are valued every day, not just during lesson time.
Try this in your primary school:

Building Calm Connections from the Very Start
Good Manors Day Nursery have recently begun their myHappymind journey and are already bringing wellbeing to life in meaningful ways. The team have been using the myHappymind teddies during Happy Breathing sessions, helping children feel calm, safe and engaged as they practise their Happy Breathing strategies together. They have also been using the conversation cards to support simple but powerful discussions, encouraging children to talk about feelings, friendships and everyday experiences. Starting these habits early helps children develop emotional language, confidence and self-regulation skills that will support them both now and as they prepare for school.
Try this in your nursery or school:
Use your myHappymind teddies during Happy Breathing to help children feel relaxed and engaged during calm moments
Introduce conversation cards during circle time, snack time or transitions to encourage children to share thoughts and feelings. myHappymind schools can access our Interactive Conversation Cards by clicking here
Introduce short wellbeing check-ins during routines such as registration or circle time to strengthen communication and belonging
Creating Calm Moments Throughout the School Day
At Kincraig Primary School, staff have been using the myHappymind Happy Breathing videos to support calm, focused transitions throughout the day. Whether used after lunchtime, before learning or during moments when children need to reset, these opportunities help children regulate emotions and prepare their brains for learning. Embedding simple wellbeing habits into daily routines helps create a calm and consistent environment where children feel supported and ready to thrive.
