We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Founder, Laura Earnshaw, in a role that blends organisation, initiative and genuine care.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday.
As Laura’s Executive Assistant, you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving.
Manage Laura’s diary with care, protecting time for priorities and ensuring time is used well
Schedule internal and external meetings and book rooms when needed
Plan logistics for quarterly leadership meetings and wider team sessions
Support the smooth running of day-to-day office activities
Manage practical processes such as a parking rota
Prepare materials and arrangements for in-person events and team sessions (including occasional headshot sessions)
Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for conferences, speaking events
Coordinate the practical details that ensure events run smoothly
Provide day-to-day admin support that helps Laura stay focused on strategic priorities
Handle occasional personal tasks that help keep life running smoothly
You’re the perfect fit if you:
✔️ Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
✔️ Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Can manage a varied workload and shift priorities calmly
✔️ Communicate clearly, warmly and professionally
✔️ Are proactive, solutions-focused and love anticipating what’s needed
✔️ Are confident using tools like Google Workspace (bonus if you’ve used Asana or similar)
✔️ Build positive relationships with a wide range of people
✔️ Have high levels of discretion and professionalism
